Senior frontend engineer & architect

building high-performance frontend architecture

13 years engineering scalable frontend architecture and real-time 3D for Walmart and Vans — plus Publicis Groupe's Next.js careers platform. TypeScript, React, Vue, Next.js, and automated Playwright regression testing.

3D Shoe Customizer

Vans needed a real-time 3D configurator that let millions of users personalize shoes with custom artwork — accurately projected onto curved geometry, at production scale. Built the customizer's image library and randomizer features in Vue + Three.js, including the warping and UV-mapping logic to project 2D artwork onto 3D shoe geometry. Hardened the selection and real-time preview layer, resolving hundreds of defects across customization state and model previsualization.

Award-winning, production configurator delivering real-time photorealistic personalization to millions of users.

Design System

A 3-5 engineer delivery team was rebuilding UI from scratch on every feature, with no shared source of truth across the ad platform. Sole owner of the design system: architected and shipped the SCSS token and component library the full team built from, with themeable partials so new components composed from existing tokens instead of custom styling.

Cut delivery of a new component from 3-5 days to 1.

AI-Powered IP Vigilance Platform

An undocumented, single-maintainer production platform — monitoring trademark filings across Latin America — was a single point of failure blocking the business from onboarding additional engineers. Took ownership of the full stack: an Express.js BFF, a NestJS + PostgreSQL REST API, and a dedicated TensorFlow execution server, stabilized across three AWS EC2 instances. Completed a full architecture audit and authored the platform's first technical documentation.

Eliminated the single-point-of-failure risk; monitoring a 2M+ record trademark corpus nightly.
